ADULT SCOLIOSIS
Like in child, deformation can be idiopathic (unknown origin) and often the result of a slow progression of a scoliosis start before maturity.
But can also appears after a trauma, that was not investigate or for example in relation with minimal repetitive injuries in workers (ergonomic factors) and or during the daily life, aggravate by multiples degenerative factors.
Except exceptional pathology, the different types of deformations are quite similar to the deformations we observe in child with nevertheless some radiologic particularities depending the age of the person.
Pain is more frequently associated: in relation with degenerative sign of the disk and/or articulations in between vertebrae.
